Hello! I am Leslie Hatch Gail and I pivoted to professional organizing after providing services as a developmental therapist for Early Intervention. I noticed there was a need for guidance in implementing organizing systems to meet unique needs. As an early childhood special education teacher, I had already learned the power of setting environments for success and I wanted to help parents streamline and declutter their living spaces too.
I recognize my clients are the experts and ultimate authority in their own life processes. As sensitive and gifted lifelong learner, I values interpersonal relationships and solving problems using a strength-based approach.
